Here's an idea. Why not store our wine bottles till there's enough to photograph and catalog them so we remember the good wines? It just so happened that our storage area became full after a month so I'll try to do this every month. Here's the first :)
There are the usual suspects from Wente, a great Shiraz from Rosenblum that we have more of and some other one off stuff that I've noted.
Funny thing as our collection of wine gets bigger, we're actually starting to come across bottles that should've been opened a while ago, they are starting to lose their zing. We'll be opening up more of those older bottles this month so watch out for next month's snap!
