Lazy weekend

Well, its turning out to be a slow weekend after a pretty busy week. Apart from work, went to Cupertino (the mothership) and visited the Apple Company Store, the employee store that is also open to visitors. Ended up buying an Apple mug and pen. Met old friend Prasanth and went to dinner at Saravana Bhavan. Prasanth hasn't changed much at all, it was good to catch up with him. He did ask the dreaded question - "do you still have those tapes?". The tapes in question are mini dv tapes that Prasanth had given to me to convert to disc. Nothing wrong there, except this happened when I was living in the UK, a little over 3 years go.. and the disc I was supposed to make was a VCD. Of course, thanks to new technology I can now make a DVD.. let me see if I can finally have them ready before he leaves in a couple of weeks. That reminds me, I have to mail those pictures Raghu has been asking for .. :)
